Founded in 2005, Peaceful Path Properties LLC has been providing quality care and services to individuals with special needs for over 15 years. Our commitment to excellence has earned us a reputation as a trusted and reliable provider of group home services.

Resources

 

Tea House Village can assist residents by providing information and referrals to trusted local resources when needed. While we are not a medical provider, home care agency, transportation service, or case management program, we understand the importance of helping residents connect with the right support.


Residents may be referred to:

  • Senior centers and local aging programs 
  • Home care and personal care aide agencies 
  • Medicare and Medicaid resources 
  • Veteran benefit programs 
  • SSDI and SSI income verification resources 
  • Churches, community groups, and senior activities 
  • Local doctors, specialists, dentists, foot doctors, pain management offices, and pharmacies 
  • Prescription delivery services 
  • Utility assistance and benefit programs 
  • Housing voucher programs, when available 


Tea House Village includes utilities in most housing arrangements, helping residents enjoy one simple monthly payment without the stress of managing multiple bills.

Tea House Village understands that every resident’s financial situation is different. We work with a variety of income sources and payment methods to help make quality housing more accessible for mature adults.

    Our Housing Rules

    No smoking

     Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property. 

    No unauthorized guest

     Overnight guests must be approved in advance and may not stay more than 1 nights or more than 2 nights per month without written approval. Residents are responsible for their guests at all times. Guests may not disturb other residents or remain in the home without the resident present. 

    Residents are responsible for the behavior of their guests at all times. 

    Guests are not permitted to disturb other residents, create noise, or remain in the home without the resident present. 

    Repeated violations of guest or quiet hour policies may result in warnings or loss of guest privileges.

    Quiet Hours

    Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily to help maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents. Residents should keep televisions, music, phone calls, and conversations at a low volume during quiet hours.

    No illegal activities

    No illegal activities should take place on or around the property.

    No alterations

    No painting, alterations or major changes without written approval.

    Resident responsibilities

    Residents are required to follow all guidelines in lease.

    Residents are to follow all city trash, parking a recycling rules.

    Residents are responsible for lost keys and lock out fees of $25.

    Residents are responsible for trash.

    Residents are required to keep property clean and in good condition.

    Residents are required to report maintenance issues promptly.
